Introduction: Rectal cancer treatment has changed over the last several decades. Total mesorectal excision (TME) proven to be gold standard in rectal surgery. Transanal total (TaTME) and robotic (RoTME) for low mid are implemented overcome some of difficulties laparoscopic approach. The aim this study is show a single-center experience learning curves both RoTME TaTME.
